Cookies

This website does not use cookies or similar technologies. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and we do not load resources from external services.

What data we process and why

Correspondence. If you email or call us, we process the data you provide (e.g. name, email address, phone number, company name, content of the message) in order to answer your enquiry and continue the correspondence. The legal basis is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and, where the enquiry concerns the conclusion of a contract, taking steps prior to entering into it (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Server logs. The server hosting this website automatically records basic connection information: IP address, date and time, the address of the page visited and browser information. This data is used solely to ensure the security and proper operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and is not used to identify visitors.

Recipients of data

Data may only be disclosed to providers of services necessary to run the website and handle correspondence — hosting and email providers — under data processing agreements, and to entities authorised by law. We do not sell data or share it for marketing purposes.

How long we keep data

We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle the matter and, if it leads to cooperation, for the period required by law (e.g. tax law) or until the limitation period for claims expires. Server logs are kept for the period set by the hosting provider, no longer than 12 months.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, rectify it, have it erased, restrict its processing, data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. To exercise these rights, write to info@aparatura-techniczna.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland) or with the supervisory authority in your country of residence.

Providing data is voluntary, but without it we will not be able to answer your enquiry. We do not make automated decisions and do not profile website visitors.
